CNCROi.com offers lots of possibilities when it comes to custom keychains, luggage tags and other small identifiable things. We also produce lots of conventional dog tags if you really want to go simple with an engraving and application.
Metal through lamacoids and even acrylic can be used to make fantastic custom identification tags and we can also cut them to any shape, size and material you want.
For instance, if you really like the anodized aluminium luggage tags above but want it out of transparent acrylic, no problem! Acrylic is also available in lots of different colors and thicknesses but generally, we only engrave them as the paint comes off from use as a keychain.
If you have a more industrial need for your keychains and tags, etched brass or annealed stainless steel is wonderful, it will depend on your volume and spec as to which metal we follow-through with and we also keep a lot of extras from other projects on-hand just in case.

The machine accuracy we have is within 5 nanometers, keep in mind that there is material variances, so we might cut a hole that’s 1/8th or 3 mm thick but for thicker wood or plastics, it may be slightly bigger due to melting but it’s almost nothing.
