Making custom stamps is what CNCROi.com does for the full range of Trodat’s, from mobile and as you’ll see in this blog post, to the professional range. To be honest, regardless of the application, go professional as the build quality and durability more than make-up for the cost differential between that and the smaller stamps we provide on behalf of Trodat.
We start the custom rubber stamp using Trodat branded rubber, it’s optimized specifically for Trodat stamping mechanisms and of course, our Trotec Laser which in itself, was designed BY Trodat to MAKE stamps!
In this case, we’ll make two stamps, one produced vertically and the other horizontally. Why? Just to show you that regardless of what angle we use to make these professional custom stamps with, the results are always perfect. In this case, these are optimized to fit into a Trodat Professional 5200 and 5206.
The resolution we typically make our rubber stamps at is a thousand DPI, this produces the best and most clear results across the whole range of applications our customers use our custom stamp making capabilities for.
The extremely fine detail we can achieve on these stamps is incredible, it allows for a huge variety of creative options and as our production is on-demand, you make what YOU want, meaning you aren’t stuck to making things fit in any particular way or fashion stamp production wise.
The creative potential that we offer you is boundless, whether you want custom rubber stamps for your wedding, special event or corporate use such as accounting or shipping, we can tailor our designs to fit your needs PERFECTLY!
We are also an official Trodat partner when it comes to stamping supplies, so you not only get top quality stamping made to your spec but industry leading stamping mechanisms, inks and other supplies that are durable and precise.
As you can see, stamp production is a dirty process, that’s why we clean each stamp before use and test it out before they head out the door just to make sure everything is top notch.
That fine powder you see on the stamp and all around on our Austrian Trotec Speedy 400 flexx laser comes right off, it’s the consistency of flour but it is sticky when it comes to adhesion to rubber from which it comes from so we take special care to make sure we have it off before introducing them to a Trodat Professional Series stamp.
The airplane design was optimized for the Trodat Professional 5206 while the flowery one was produced for the Trodat Professional 5200. We have a later model Trodat Professional 5200 but it makes no difference, it will fit perfectly.
So even if your stamp is from an “out of date” or different brand of rubber stamp, we can still produce the custom rubber molds for them in our custom CNCROi.com shop.
After a cleaning, you can see the contrast from the image above and the one below, stuck on using double-sided tape. This was designed in our shop to just show the versatility and how much “design” you can have in your custom produced Trodat Professional stamp.
As for the airplane, you can see the “R” is hallowed out a bit as the tail of the airplane intersects it. This is no problem for us, as we have decades of custom design experience, if you wanted a mix of imagery to work together, we’ll figure out how to make it all come onto a stamp.
Using black ink, you can see the surface and how fine the details are in our custom produced Professional 5206 stamp are. Don’t be concern if you see some ink bleed across the stamp, it’s only the top surface that will be imprinting.
Same with the other custom Trodat Professional 5200 rubber stamp, you can see the details in a lot more quality. The image above was taken BEFORE imprinting while the one below AFTER, just to show you how much of the ink adheres to the rubber.
Both our Trodat Professional 5206 and Trodat Professional 5200 (late-model) are available right now at CNCROi.com among many more. The stamp size depends on your design by the way, and the area you wish to stamp with. Our process is completely scalable as well, meaning you can have the same design on a small stamp as a bit one, scaled proportionally by our design shop.
