Our industrial CNC laser is capable of producing these high quality delrin seals within 5 nanometers of the target area of vaporization. We are able to make these custom seals as deep or shallow as you require, using various shoulder profiles as well.
Want your male and/or female custom seals to be made out of something other than delrin? We can use the same technology to produce them out of wood, rubber, laminate or any other material out there including magnesium.
