CNCROi.com makes lots of custom Trodat Stamp 5212 for customers across North America and the Caribbean so today we’ll make two more, one using blue ink and the other black as well as a Trodat Printy 4914.
Trodat Stamp 5212 are available in a variety of different colors, if you are wondering what a red one looks like, here’s another video for you to check out.
It’s no surprise that the world’s largest professional self-inking Trodat Stamp 5212 is also CNCROi.com‘s top seller, it’s huge, it’s incredibly strongly built and allows for a large variety of diversified uses.
Regardless of the ink pad used for these Trodat Stamp 5212s, the process behind their production is identical, regardless of the design that CNCROi.com engraves into the Trodat rubber.
Not only does our Trodat Stamp 5212, rubber and ink come from TRODAT but so does our industrial Austrian wide-format laser, our Trotec Laser (subsidiary of Trodat) Speedy 400 flexx with both CO2 and fiber laser sources.
Custom rubber stamps always look like a powdery mess but after cleaning them up, they look and function amazingly, it’s our most favorite sized stamp to produce here at CNCROi.com.
There are two says of producing a round self-inking stamp, above using a Trodat 5215 and the one we are producing below for the Trodat Stamp 5212 due to it’s larger size potential.
The precision of our industrial is unmatched in the laser marketplace, we are accurate within 5 nanometers which is crazy overkill for something like this Trodat Stamp 5212 but it’s what our larger Fortune 50 companies require from us so we apply the to even our smallest customers wanting custom production.
This level of precision allows us to produce high-resolution stamps where every curve and dot comes out exactly where it should with all the durability our customers have come to expect from Trodat Stamps.
Of course, we aren’t just precise on these Trodat Stamp 5212s but also on the smallest self-inking stamp in the world, the Trodat Printy Mobile.
CNCROi.com is an officially licensed reseller of the full range of Trodat rubber stamps and seals, our software and hardware is optimized to produce the absolute best custom rubber stamps in the world.
After making the two Trodat Stamp 5212s, CNCROi.com began making a far smaller but just as precise and accurate, Trodat Printy 4914.
To give you an idea of how fine a set of lines we can create engravings onto a (for instance), Trodat Stamp 5212, watch the video below where our website and fur and even paws come out clear and precise.
After the Trodat Printy 4914 is engraved, it’s time to cut it out, just like the other two Trodat Stamp 5212 we made higher-up in this CNCROi.com blog post.
Like the previously shown Trodat Stamp 5212 above, regardless of the size, imagery and text applied to Trodat rubber, they all look dusty and messy but it’s easily cleaned.
You can see how some of the dust already starts to come off by just picking-up the rubber stamp after it has been CNC laser engraved by our Trotec Laser onto Trodat rubber.
Even though it’s still wet, you can clearly see how much of a difference these Trodat rubber stamps have evolved after cleaning, above image compared to the image below by CNCROi.com.
When it comes to making custom Trodat rubber stamps, regardless of the size or shape, be sure to contact CNCROi.com with your requirements and we’ll make it for you.
Take a look at the other Trodat Stamp 5212 we made earlier, you can see how well that cleaned-up as well and the inner striations in the font itself come out very clear.
After applying the ink onto the Trodat Stamp 5212 pad, black color in this case, you can see how the ink does seep a bit around the stamp and letters but it makes no difference as the higher region is the one that ultimately makes contact with the paper.
It’s the same thing with the blue inked Trodat Stamp 5212, the color is light as I wore the ink a bit to prepare the self-inking stamp for shipping to the customer.
In this production run by CNCROi.com, you can see that we use official Trodat stamps, boxes generally used as the shipping box with some re-enforcement and the ink pad not installed onto the Trodat stamps.
