As with our other CNCROi.com promotional items, we are always using customer feedback to improve the ROI we receive from them. As with our customers whom we try to optimize things as much as possible so they have the best and most efficient design, we are also in an ever improving cycle.
This is our newest tri-fold brochure.
It may not look very much different from our original one (image below) but small tweaks here and there do make a difference. We initially ordered a few thousand of these brochures and now we are going to order some more shortly. We are always playing with our capabilities, we have other machinery too like a CNC router that can make awesome stuff that we haven’t done much promotional pieces with so we’ll probably update that end of things shortly too.
By the way, the color scheme is the same, it’s just our online web compression system that makes them look different.
Very slight modifications can lead to big improvement.
Lean Continuous Improvement
Running a lean operation allows CNCROi.com to product a never-ending supply of awesome custom CNC projects for our customers without having to hold a tremendous amount of inventory. You’ve heard of dual-use equipment? Well, we have multi-use equipment with multi-use materials and the expertise to pull it all off seamlessly thanks to our continuous improvement cycle.
Our brochure is being updated on a very regular basis but that’s only the tip of the iceberg, there are lots of other improvements shop wide that allow us to produce fantastic custom projects in record time and within budget.
I call this, lean continuous improvement.
