2018 Inspirational Talk by Arnold Schwarzenegger

Running a business is hard work, but starting one from absolute scratch is a whole other level of challenges.

I’d say that 2018 was the first real year that CNCROi.com began to stabilize and evolve from start-up mode so I have to thank all my customers, suppliers and those around who have made my dream of running a custom fabrication shop a reality.

For the next week, I’ll be in the shop getting things ready for 2019, SO MUCH WAS LEARNED this year that now it’s time to implement a lot of those lessons into practice.

I’ll still be working on projects and will be doing some major cleaning in the shop, we still have dust in there from projects we did last year!!!

Here’s a great talk from one of my heroes, people often ask me how I’m able to do what I do, where do I find the time?

Finding time is EASY if you are passionate about what you are doing, I often tell customers that if I didn’t have bills to pay, I’d gladly do all the work I do for free because I’m just having so much fun doing all this work in the shop.
