Anodized Aluminium now available!

We got our first sample shipment of Anodized Aluminium here at CNCROi.com in order to round-out our product offerings, these are all custom cut for specific applications our customers have been asking us for and this is high quality Anodized Aluminium, not the cheap stuff you find in far too many places. We use a über premium CNC laser machine, the least we can do is feed it über premium materials so our clients stand-out!

I did a quick test and the results come out awesome – there is no banding, no fading and everything is crisp… the @ sign is hard to see in the images below due to image compression but comes out clear as usual in real life. What I especially liked about these as opposed to our 304 Stainless Steel offerings (different market and purpose) is their light weight and the color – the anodizing is perfectly spread across the plate with a very smooth finish.

We are now able to offer custom blanks in addition to cutting blanks of any size or volume for our customers – of course, it looks way better after our Trotec Speedy 400 flexx has done its magic using our CO2 laser source.

I’m also building-up sample suit case that has been a great hit with clients across various industries… this is a custom suit case (as you’ll see in photos soon) that showcases only a fraction of what is possible when you marry expert operation with precise Austrian machinery. We have other colors coming shortly and have developed industry contacts that allow us to pretty much anodized aluminium with just about any color you require given enough volume.
