These are custom produce anodized aluminium welding or machine tags that are incredible flexible application wise and durable due to annealed information on their surface.

CNCROi.com products lots of custom anodized aluminium tags for a variety of purposes, one of our most popular sizes are 25 x 76 mm or 1 x 3″. These come either with two holes (one each side) or without holes, depending on your application and internal set-up. For anodized aluminium, they are also available in a variety of colors to match your branding though black is our most popular.

For instance, our welding clients like the flexibility this offers them as they can rivet or glue them depending on what the client will allow.

These are custom engraved on one side only and the finish is nice and smooth.

Price INCLUDES custom tags and personalized annealing.

We will require an outlined EPS black and white of your logo.

How do you make these anodized aluminium tags?

These are custom manufactured by CNCROi.com out of 304 stainless steel. Watch this video to see how we make them.

How are these better than UV printed, sublimated or painted options?

Durability, our industrial laser processes do not add anything to the surface, we vaporize off the anodization.

This mark, unlike UV printing, sublimation or paint DOES NOT COME OFF. It will not fade, crack, peel nor can it be scratched off without resorting to sand blasting or low grit belt sanding. These are the toughest little industrial tags you will ever find.

I need more or less than 50, can you give me an updated price?

No problem, contact us with how many you want and we’ll send you a revised quote. Keep in mind that we only anneal stainless steel, the only color you will get is black as a result. We also manufacture lots of custom tags of other sizes and shapes so if your spec requires something a little different, just let us know and we’ll give you a quote for that as well.

How do I lay things out?

We are a custom design and fabrication shop, as such, we’ll work with you to produce a digital proof before production and then send you the results by photo before we mail them out to you.

Can I have customization on each tag like a unique serial number?

We produce these tags on-demand. As such, each can be the same or different, it’s completely up to you. You do need to send us a database though for serial numbers or unique alphanumerics.
