All our custom anodized aluminium metal business cards are CNC laser engraved, which means the engraving is PERMANENT and will NOT fade, peel or scratch off. In fact, they are totally waterproof so even if you wash them in the laundry by accident a few times, they will look just as new! These are made on-demand so the information on each card can be the same or different, it makes no difference.
The measurements of these rounded custom anodized aluminium cards are 3.5 inches (89 mm) x 2.0 inches (51 mm) and they have rounded corners. These cards are custom anodized front, back and all four sides.
Price INCLUDES custom materials and personalized engraving.
We will require an outlined EPS black and white of your entire business card.

I’d like to have the cards done in a variety of colors, is that possible?
Yes, as these cards are made on-demand, they can be in any color combination you wish, the cards don’t even have to have the same information on them or even company.
What is the difference between these custom anodized aluminium business cards and paper or UV printed ones?
Unlike paper, these cards will not wear out, fade from Sun exposure nor rip. The laser engraving we perform on them is PERMANENT in which we vaporize the anodization (color) revealing the aluminium underneath. Even the Hulk would have trouble destroying these cards at a typical networking event.
As for UV printed cards on aluminium (coated or raw), they will peel, fade and crack over time. These will not, in fact, we suggest you put these cards in your will as these are very much multi-generational business cards so give all your kids the same names as yourself to save money from having to re-order!
How much resolution can you achieve on these cards using your Austrian laser?
We are capable of engraving up to a thousand dpi though you’d be hard pressed with most designs to notice anything over 500 with the naked eye. We generally engrave these at 600 dpi out of habit.
Can you engrave in different colors?
The engraving can be any color you want as long as choose off-white. Why? Well, aluminium is the color we are vaporizing into and that’s only available to us in off-white.
