These are REAL 304 Stainless Steel bottle openers that are then super heat treated using our industrial fiber laser source to transform the surface PERMANENTLY to black.
These are the same size as your typical business card but thicker and yes, we do have some customers using these stainless steel openers AS their business cards. They are 1.27 mm or 0.05″ thick and are incredibly heavy duty.
The black mark you see is NOT PRINTED, it’s the result of extremely high intensity heat from our Austrian CNC fiber laser and as such, the black will never fade, crack, peel or come off. There was nothing added or removed during the marking process.
Price INCLUDES custom 304 stainless steel bottle openerand personalized annealing.
We will require an outlined EPS black and white of your logo.

2) Can you help me with the design?
Yes, no problem, we are a custom DESIGN and fabrication shop, the price includes any type of annealing on the surface within a 53 mm square right below the opening in the stainless steel bottle opener. Roughly the same surface shown in the pictures and video.
3) I need more or less, can you adjust the price?
Yes, if you go with less, the price per unit will go up, if you go up higher, we can give you a further price break depending on the overall volume.
4) Do all the stainless steel bottle openers have to have the same design or information?
NO. We make these on-demand real-time using our industrial Austrian laser. As such, if you wanted to further personalize each with with a specific name, we’d need a database file from you. As per the design, it’s a bit more leg work, contact us and we’ll sort something out.
5) Can these be welded together or onto other stainless items?
Absolutely, this is 304 stainless steel, you can tack weld it – many of our clients actually do this – to anything else but be sure you are a welder! These are also solid cards with a very good weight to them.
6) How long does it take from contacting you to having these stainless steel bottle openers in my hands?
It depends on the volume and stock, generally we are done within 24 hours but it depends on how many you want done. An order of a thousand will take more than a day to produce. Add a few more days for shipping.
