Having a dual-sourced CNC laser means that we can ANNEAL stainless steel, color change plastic and cut just about any material in between from cork and Formica to laminate and acrylics. Our fiber laser tube allows us to heat-treat metal to change its surface composition like making 304 stainless steel black permanently or vaporizing anodized aluminum so you get a nice off-white result. This is only possible with a fiber tube. On the CO2 side, well, from 3D engraving wood (and any thing else really) to cutting out fabrics and even veneers with absolute precision, CNCROi.com has you covered.
Having a wide format industrial Austrian CNC laser is important as well. Does your design include engraving into a solid wood door or annealing a steel one with information? Yep, we can feed it into our CNC laser. Do you need something FAST that allows us to produce fantastic results in quick, repeatable succession without things going out of alignment or as little smoke damage as possible? We can do that. We have invested in several options in our Trotec Speedy 400 flexx that allows us to make simple things like Pioneer Bling to Brass Tags.
Knowing what we are doing is A BIG DEAL in the CNC industry. Why? Well, rejects are kept to an absolute minimum with us. Why an Austrian CNC laser?
Sure, we could have equipped our shop with a tremendous amount of equipment if we hadn’t of bought our Austrian CNC laser but the premium we paid for our equipment and auxiliaries are what makes us unique. Our machine is the FASTEST, most PRECISE and LONG LASTING on the market. Our table is dead-flat and square… and our machine is built like a tank. We have a ceramic core CO2 tube that means our laser produces CONSISTENT output and is easily capable of running flat-out for more hours than there are in a day… over an extended period of time.
The hardware is only a small part of a CNC shop though, our software is also industry leading and updated on a regular basis. Our lenses are top of the line and yes, all this costs money, but it’s a very worthwhile investment to produce the absolute best results for our customers. At the end of the day, that’s all that really counts, the output and quality of our work, not the cost of our machine.
