Production Policies
CNCROi.com is flexible with our clients when it comes to production quantities and payment schedules. We want you to benefit from our experience and the incredible capabilities of our professional equipment can offer your organization or company. General Terms & Conditions
Once a proof is signed-off on, any further changes before production begins will incur an additional 100$ an hour modification fee billed in 15 minute increments. If production has already begun, then you are responsible for following-through with the order. We do not send notifications before commencing production.
We do not give material, hardware or production breakdowns, they are included in the final price. We work on a per-project basis.
Quotes do not include applicable taxes or shipping unless otherwise specified, this is generally outlined in the quote.
Delivery Policy
Shipping quotes are estimated only – we won’t know the specific price until the work is packaged. We have a variety of delivery options, from personal local delivery to priority courier to anywhere in the world.
Payment
We accept payment via Paypal (thus all major credit cards accepted)
For spec work, project depending a 50% deposit is required before production with the remainder required upon delivery.
Express fees may be applied if turnaround is specifically requested within 24 hours, this is on a per case basis.
Returns
We guarantee the quality of our work, if something is unsatisfactory, please contact us to make it right. Generally, due to the custom nature of our work, we do not accept returns except in extremely rare circumstances.
Artwork
Some CNCs work better with logos rather than others depending on the application, regardless, we require your logo to be sent in one of the following formats.
- AI
- EPS
- CRD
And your images for engraving (like a photo) should be in JPG file format, ideally over 300 dpi. Please read Acceptable File Formats.
Design Consultation
Although we are not responsible for files that contain errors (at your end), we do review them for any major faults if you send us your design. We may suggest some changes for efficiency as well depending on the project which may incur a design consultation fee. If the changes are minor, this will be waived but if it becomes extensive, we will let you know and you will be billed at a rate of 100$ an hour in half hour increments.
