Custom 304SS Pizza Cutting Tray Template

A pretty unique project from CNCROi.com, a custom 304SS pizza cutting tray template, which greatly reduces the training required by new employees to accurately cut a pizza slices all the same size!

To greatly improve the esthetics of this sheet of 304 stainless steel, CNCROi.com will sand both sides, we can keep sanding with finer grit for a mirror finish but for this 304SS pizza cutting tray template job, just a dull finish is more than adequate.

Fiber laser etching is a permanent process, it will not fade, crack or peel over time, unlike any inks or dyes.

The very fine lines produced by the fiber laser are exaggerated a bit in these photos and video because it’s before cleaning. so a little bit of dust and debris created during the fiber etching on both sides.

Most CNCROi.com etching jobs are industrial using stainless steel, though we also do a lot anodized aluminium work, also using our laser with either fiber or CO2 sources.

When it comes to metal cutting, CNCROi.com can pretty much anything you can imagine.

Fiber laser etching is impervious to heat, meaning you can heat up the metal anywhere you want, for instance, for welding applications, and the etching will not leave as it’s part of the metal itself, nothing is added or removed.
