Custom 304 Stainless Steel Business Cards
Although we can also produce custom annealed cards in other grades like 316SS or bronze, copper etc, our most popular option when it comes to a very strong and durable card is our 304 stainless steel option.
We are able to source stainless steel in a variety of finishes, so if you want a flat matte finish instead of a shiny one, we can do that. We also offer brushed stainless steel as well. It’s totally up to you!
We can also cut these into any shape and size, so if you want a solid custom stainless steel business card in the shape of a circle or rounded pyramid (beware sharp corners, it will cut like a knife) or even with some details cut out of the steel plate, we can do that!
Our options across all our material choices are only limited by two things, your imagination and your budget.
Custom Anodized Aluminium Business Cards
Want very lightweight business cards that stand-out and will likely outlast your life-like our stainless steel option above? Anodized business cards are a great option as unlike our stainless steel options, they are available in a variety of anodized surface colors.
Aluminium isn’t a very strong material out in the elements, hence anodizing it to protect the surface. What makes our anodized aluminium business cards unique beyond the thickness and custom shape/sizing is that if you go for the “generic” business card shape, the edges will also be anodized.
We can also offer custom anodization but it depends on the volume of the project. These are also available in almost paper-thin but with a permanent engraving that will never fade, crack or peel off.
Custom Acrylic Business Cards
Yep, if you want highly durable acrylic business cards, we can make those too! The advantage of acrylic over the steel options above are that we can get them in a variety of colors and transparencies. Meaning, if you are a tinted glass supplier, we can make your business cards semi-transparent like your tint to hand to very good customers.
Other advantages of acrylic, just like the steel options, is that they are waterproof and we can get incredibly fine engraving resolution out of them. What’s really neat (though easy to scratch and keep clean) is our mirrored acrylic option, this is probably the only custom business card that would allow you to signal a plane if you are stuck on a deserted island!

Custom Wood Business Cards
We’ve hit-up on a lot of different materials and price points thus far, and we’ve been making a lot of wood business cards, I’m happy to finally be able to offer a simple way to buy them on our site!
The advantage of wood is that it doesn’t cost an arm and a leg, looks REALLY NICE for the price and available in a variety of species. You want awesome laser engraved custom Cherry business cards? Want to mix and match so you have a dozen out of Maple, a few more out of Mahogany and even more out of Oak? Yep, we can make that for you no problem!
We generally seal these custom wooden business cards and like the other options above, you can order the engraving or annealing on only one side or both.
Custom Rubber Stamp Business Card
Want to get into producing your very own cards but don’t have the rubber stamps and blanks necessary? We can also help you there! All the above options are orderable in blanks as well and shipped along with your custom rubber stamps!
This gives you almost unlimited options when it comes to making your own business cards as you can use our stamp on just about any material you want, fabric to paper!
As we produce the custom stamp for you in-house and on-demand, you can request to have it stuck on an acrylic base or just have the sloppy stamp shipped to you to adhere to any surface you want.
A few things you want to keep in mind though when going forward with business card stamps. First, you want to make sure all the details are positive (letters sticking out) and that which are negative (letters sticking in) need to be bigger and bolder as the hollows fill-up with ink due to capillary action if they are too small.
