Up to this point, I’ve focused on what CNCROi.com can do when it comes to actually producing the physical shell and panels for custom cabinetry but I wanted to show how we can take things even further, adding inlays of different materials to then be processed using our industrial laser for even more cool custom cabinet branding.

Having both a full sheet industrial CNC router and CNC laser means we can handle projects design through finished physical furniture so I thought it would be fun to engrave wood and etch glass onto random cabinet front door panels to show you how the same design can look radically different by just switching-up materials.

Branding can be far beyond just a logo through, think of a kitchen located in a remote cabin, wouldn’t it be cool to engrave on the front surfaces details about the history of the cabin, imagery or even motivational quotes?

The vast majority of custom cabinetry is rather boring, its just another sprinkling of this season’s most popular paint onto yet another boring shaker panel, CNCROi.com can make the engraving, etching and even 3D carving truly unique and memorable.

Alright, let’s try the same CNCROi.com logo bu this time on glass, again, this isn’t any special glass, it’s a random glass cabinet from a random cabinet door that I found, we don’t require extremely expensive specialized glass!

Quite often, I tell my customers and leads who give us a project “what else can I help you spend money on?”

Because CNCROi.com can not only custom brand flat items but round and curved items too, you want stainless steel instead of glass that’s laser etched? We can do that… we are completely material and process agnostic regardless of the project at hand.

Although we have an industrial sand blaster, using our laser produces a more consistent frosting when it comes to custom cabinet branding, it’s more precise and at a higher resolution too!

I just love how this amazing random piece of glass found in a shaker style cabinet door panel came out!

Here are the two random cabinet door panels with the same logo with the protective masking still on, just so you can see that they are the same size and from the video, produced by the same machine, the fact that one is plywood and the other glass makes no difference.
