Custom Luxury Hangers: CNC Laser Engraved & Cut
Custom luxury hangers by CNCROi.com are customized to your design and made out of any material (or combination thereof) to your spec in any volume!
There is nothing easier or harder than a custom hanger, the reason being is that there is a weak point in all hangers that must be accounted for which changes depending on the material that the custom luxury hanger is cut from.
For instance, today we’ll make a custom luxury hanger from laminated MDF which is very strong due to the lamination and the base material working together. If these were made out of thin wood veneer, a bit of extra creativity would be required to make it work.
As these were custom designed in the CNCROi.com shop as a sample piece to some key customers, we went with a very subtle black which doesn’t photograph or film very well but feels great in your hands and engraves very nicely.
CNC laser engraving custom luxury hangers can be made to whatever spec you wish, we have up to a thousand DPI depending on the material we are working with, which is more than enough for even the most intricate of logos, photos or symbols.

In this case, we made these custom luxury hangers out of scrap material we had left over from another job we did here in the CNCROi.com shop, but if you wanted something like this out of blue acrylic or transparent or 1/4″ mahogany, we can do that.
Custom hangers can be used for a huge variety of applications, just about everybody has cloths that need to be hung so finding users is straight forward and standing-out is just as easy.

Now that these custom luxury hangers are finished, you can see there is some clean-up required. There is some soot build-up on the edges and surface of each one of these hangers which is easily cleaned so it doesn’t end-up on your cloths!
The engraving is also nice and sharp on each hanger, if you notice, we even gave it a little contour so that it stood out from the hanger inner hole, again, anything is customizable and possible for your custom hanger application.
Here is the hanger after it’s been taken off the table, you can see by my hands the soot that exists on the edges, which is why they need to be cleaned-up. Here’s another type of hanger I made by the way, this time in plywood.
This needed to be doubled-up because plywood isn’t very strong at the area that is the weakness of all hangers but it gives you an idea of what we have to account for design wise when making custom hangers.
And after clean-up, a very strong, very usable and very beautiful custom luxury hanger has been created!
