The origins of these boards are solid kiln dried live edge which have been resawed using our bandsaw and then cut further to size using various tools CNCROi.com has in our shop.

You can now see the finished piece still hot on our CNC laser bed, there is a little smoke staining on the surface but again, that sands right off, it’s only on the very top surface of the wood.
After sanding, you can see how great they look and how wonderful the wood grain looks on these custom Maple cards.
