With a mix of manual, power and CNC tooling, CNCROi.com has achieved a level of synergetic control over production that’s almost unhead-of in modern manufacturing.
This allows us to offer quick turnarounds on projects, even with strict deadlines while maintaining strict control and precision standards for all the work we perform.

CNC 3D & Services
We actually began as a custom 3D modeling and animation firm over 30 years ago, helping companies visualize what was difficult to transport to tradeshows or challenging to see due the nature of their equipment in real life.
The establishment of CNCROi.com was more of an evolution from pixels to dust.

CNC Laser
CNCROi.com started-off with a dual sourced 120W CO2 & 30W Fiber laser system around 2014, since then, we’ve expanded our laser offerings and platforms quite a bit, from cutting to etching, just about any material can be produced in our shop using our expertise and expertise on that platform.
Lasers are wonderful for etching and cutting materials from Corian to wood, steel to plastics.

CNC Plasma
The addition of high-speed plasma for thick plate at CNCROi.com has been a game changer for us, it’s a lot faster than waterjet and can cut things lasers can’t such as reflective materials.
Plasma cutting is used exclusively for cutting metal, from mild to stainless steel.

CNC Router
The very beginning of CNCROi.com started with a virtual version of what we make physical now, over at CNCKing.com, with a ShopBot Desktop CNC router. Although we’ve expanded dramatically to now, using a 5 ft x 10 ft Thermwood CNC router with 19 tools, out humble beginnings is what got our foot in the door towards the business we have now.
CNC routers excell in applications where the project requires precise Z-axis (depth) control.

CNC Waterjet
You’d think having a full selection of lasers, plasma and router would be the end of the story but it’s only the beginning for CNCROi.com. Having CNC waterjet capabilities allows us to cold-cut materials that don’t like the heat that the other CNC platforms produce, it’s nice having no concerns when it comes to specialized materials that would otherwise warp from heat affected zones.
This also means we can cut glass, ceramics and other materials that the above equipment can’t.

Welding
This is our newest department at CNCROi.com, before offering these services, we could etch and cut metal but not stick it together with any level of precision, now we can!
