We do not make typical sublimation name badges, our are all CNC laser cut (or stamped for metal) and engraved (wood) or marked (metal).

This means they are built to LAST and will not wear out or fade over time, just like their larger cousins we make here on a regular basis at CNCROi.com.

Our machines work via a database so there is no chance of error by having us retype the names, titles and other information… you directly benefit from our investment into industrial scale capabilities found little where else!

Custom Name Badge Material Options

• Anodized aluminium (fiber marked red, black, gold, green… )
• Acrylic (clear, colored, 1/8th inch)
• Stainless Steel (fiber annealed is the best option)
• Wood (3/32nd inch Alder, Cherry, Oak, Mahogany, Walnut, Maple, Pine)

Sizing

Generally you want name badges to be 1″ x 3″ or 1.5″ x 3″ rectangles or a 1.5″ x 3″ oval but depending on material and quantity, we can custom cut to just about any size.

Backing

Generally, magnets are best for all materials as they don’t damage your cloths by doing through them but if you want a pin fastener or swivel clip, that’s also available.
