Acoustic Guitar FretBoard Template: 3/4″ MDF
This is CNCROi.com‘s first acoustic guitar fretboard template but we’ve made general guitar templates and music related items for years so this wasn’t much of a stretch for us.

For this template, CNCROi.com used it’s Thermwood CNC router, it does quick and accurate work of the design file we made based on the customer’s drawings to convert virtual pixels to lung clogging dust.

You can see that redundancy is strong at CNCROi.com, notice the screws in all four corners in this small piece of MDF, in addition, I have our vacuum system running and I was extra gentle cutting this out, although I can easily cut this MDF in one pass, to make sure I experienced no movement, I did in in several, in addition to having tabs to hold it in place.
