All our name badges are made in-house to your spec, you choose material (in this case laminate but we also have steel, acrylic and woods), size and shape and we get them done and shipped right to your door!
Generally, custom laminate name badges are 3 inches (76 mm) long x 1 inch (25 mm) high with straight or rounded corners with a thickness of 1/8 inch or 3 mm.
As with everything else at CNCROi.com, they are produced on-demand so you can order two identical acrylic name badges or a different name on each. It’s completely up to you! Not only that, we can also make larger volumes through database acquisition meaning you can send us a list of all your employees and they’ll all have their unique name badges made without any naming errors.

How long does laminate last?
There is a wide variety of laminate options, some made for harsh environments (think mines) while others aren’t as tough. As with all plastics through, they do dry overtime and you don’t want to leave them in direct sunlight for extended periods of time. That being said, we’ve had clients whom are still using our custom laminate name badges years after we made them. It all depends on how well you take care of them.
If you work in an especially harsh environment or want something that will outlast you, I’d suggest you get our custom metal name badges or stronger acrylic ones. The durability of custom laminate name badges is roughly equivalent to our wood veneer ones.
I’d like to have the name badges done in a variety of colors, is that possible?
There are endless two-tone color options when it comes to laminates, the video above outlines a few of them so it’s best you contact us with your preferences such as black with blue engraving, and we’ll suggest options within that range. There are literally hundreds of options when it comes to laminates.
Can you add my logo to these custom name badges?
The more busy your custom name badge, the less it “works”! Remember, a name badge is to identify YOU as a person to the prospect, filling your name badge with anything more kind of defeats the purpose. That being said, we can integrate your logo as the outline for your custom laminated name badge, meaning the shape of the badge is your logo and your name is front and center.
