We offer two REAL metal types regarding name badges, 304 stainless steel or black anodized aluminium. These name badges will outlast several generations of your organization and are completely networking proof. They are easily cleaned if you drop them in your beer while discussing politics or at your next client meeting.
We offer our metal custom name badges 3 inches (76 mm) x 1 inch (25 mm) with rounded corners for both metal types, for safety reasons and you can have your choice of magnets, pins or adhesive backings.
As these custom name badges are done on-demand, they can all have the same or different information, it makes no difference to us and for larger volumes, a database with each column representing a change item (title, name, phone number… ) is required.
Price INCLUDES custom materials and personalized engraving.
We will require an outlined EPS black and white of your name badge.

This can’t be real metal! How do you get that kind of contrast?
We have a highly specialized Austrian industrial laser with both a fiber laser source (good for metal and plastics) and CO2 (everything else). What the fiber does is produce highly focused beam of light at a specific wavelengths to change the surface properties of the stainless steel, essentially tempering it to “change” its atomic structure, hence transforming silver to black.
As for the anodized aluminium, the same laser source is vaporizing the anodization, rivieling the aluminium underneath.
Can you produce another “color” than dark on the stainless steel and off-white on the black anodized aluminium?
No.
I just need a bunch of generic name badges without names. Possible?
Yes, that isn’t a problem, what’s really nice about both these metals is how long lasting the work we do on them stays, so if you have a summer camp where you with to separate the team leaders from the general staff, have us make a bunch of stainless steel name badges for one group and anodized aluminium custom metal name badges for the other group!
What kind of resolution or detail is possible on these name badges?
We are capable of engraving up to a thousand dpi though you’d be hard pressed with most designs to notice anything over 500 with the naked eye especially on wood. We generally engrave these at 600 dpi out of habit.
Can you paint fill these metal name badges?
No.
