Custom 5″ Round Stamp: Making Rubber Stamps to Spec

Making a custom 5″ round stamp is really no different from all the other stamping solutions CNCROi.com offers, it’s just that it’s bigger and the customer needs to find a bigger ink pad to suit this custom huge sized round stamp.

This isn’t the biggest custom rubber stamp CNCROi.com has ever made, but it is a very decent size and it’s fun to make things out of the norm, 5 inches is equivalent to 127 mm or 12.7 cm.

Our wide-format industrial CNC laser is able to make custom stamps of all sizes and shapes, if a customer wants a triangle-shaped custom rubber stamp that’s 24 inches wide, we can make that just as easily as this custom 5″ round stamp.

CNCROi.com is also able to make self-inking custom rubber stamps but there are limitations to the overall size, the Trodat Professional 5215 is a wonderful self-inking stamp that we’ve made a lot of.

Whether the details are incredibly fine or over a large surface area, everything CNCROi.com makes is done at a thousand DPI so this custom 5″ round stamp will look great regardless of the details that are adding to the design by the customer big or small.

The white light you see on the engraving phase of this custom 5″ round stamp production is actually the instant vaporization of the Trodat rubber performed by our 140 watt CO2 laser source.
