The lines you see going across on the back of the custom 5212 rubber stamp are the lines made by the laser, you don’t see them on the surface of the stamp because we didn’t engrave that area, the focus of the laser is on removing material that’s below (above?) the ink line, the ink pad will only apply ink on the raised area that isn’t laser engraved.

Whether it’s very fine details or larger epic graphics, it makes no matter what CNCROi.com it sent, we can make it look awesome and these stamps last a very long time due to their metal components that don’t break like plastic version would over time.
You can see that the process is the same as the previous, again, regardless of what custom 5212 rubber stamps CNCROi.com produces, the process is identical but the fun part is getting to test it out before shipping it to the customer – this does two things, it verifies that the design WORKS and if there are going to be any problems, I’ll see them at that time and be able to fix before shipping.

As for problems with Trodat Professional stamps that CNCROi.com has produced over the past 8 years, so far, no problems with the mechanics itself but sometimes the design file needs to be further optimized for better ink usage, as such, we just remake it right away to fix any issues – generally this happens because the font is too narrow and not enough area is left for the ink.
I really enjoy taking photographs of the work I do, it’s quite hard actually to get a good shot, the laser is moving, there is smoke all around and as a result, half of the photos I take at CNCROi.com are out of focus!
But the shot below is my favorite of this blog post, it’s almost perfect even when accounting for all the problems I have making custom 5212 rubber stamps in such a busy environment.
