Custom Animal Shapes: Pizza Box Animals Designs
We are now launching another 10 custom animal silhouettes on CNCROi.com‘s shapes library, this time out of pizza boxes, so I guess we’ll call them pizza box animals! Again, you can send us your custom designs as easily as we can make these ones for any application at any size, material, shape or color.
As our custom shapes library keeps on expanding, the material options we offer are limitless as the shapes we can make on-demand to suit just about any budget or application. The material can be anything, these pizza box animals could have just as easily been Corian sheet animals, cardboard animals or even engraved directly onto beach pebbles, the options are endless.
The nice thing about pizza box animals, and other packaging cardboard is that it’s plentiful, it’s essentially free and already has some colors on it most of the time. It cuts fast and neat, with lots of color variation and graphics built right in! It’s also easily painted.
It’s incredible, our Austrian wide-format industrial laser is just as easily able to cut through pizza box animals as the toughest polycarbonate and half-inch acrylic.
If you are wondering what this look is like using other printed media, here’s the same idea but on cereal boxes, in that case, it was cereal box letters. Just about any type of printed media can be CNC laser cut and even engraved.
This may seem like overkill but if you needed a thousand units of a shape to be used only once or twice, like a conference, this is a great option that CNCROi.com can provide to you. This stuff isn’t strong nor durable but it’s easily recycled after a few uses, yep, pizza box animals are recyclable!
If you didn’t want all the color and text, of course, we can CNC laser cut the backside, or you can just paint it with spray paint. There are tons of options when it comes to printed waste cereal and pizza boxes. When it comes to pizza box animals, using your imagination can go a long way.
The reason you see such little smoke on the upper surface is because this pizza box cardboard is very thin and we have a powerful vacuum table underneath and extraction both above and below the cardboard.
What’s interesting is the doe mammal below ends-up being cut just about perfectly in the meat area of the pizza. This pizza might not be made out of deer but its wonderful meat that’s tasty and should be found on a pizza.
If you are wondering about scale, we are able to cut objects across multiple pizza boxes, which you can then tie together using tape, if you needed it to be so for your application. We can make these out of any material, here’s what the pizza animals would roughly look like if we did it on the backside.
We don’t need to cut everything in one shot, meaning out of a solid piece if your application doesn’t call for it, pizza box animals could have been made with endless design changes and build options, 2D like this to 3D!
