Custom Wall Caps: Double Sided Tape Lamacoid Covers

Custom wall caps are made by CNCROi.com using double sided tape on the back of the lamacoids, which are available in any size, shape or material.

Lamacoids are wonderful for this specific application involving custom wall caps, they are available in a variety of colors, thicknesses and easily adjusted for what you want to use them for, in this case, just using double sided tape on the back vs spray adhesive or anything else you want to affix to whatever you want these custom wall caps for.

In this case, these are hundreds of white lamacoids half a mm or 1/32″ thick made at CNCROi.com using our CNC laser, but with the double sided tape on the back, just slightly thicker.

The same approach can be used for a variety of materials, from steel through wood, plastics and whatever else you want these custom wall caps made from.

As for durability, plastic is plastic, these are pretty durable but that’s always a relative term, some industrial environments CNCROi.com would make these out of something more tougher like steel or aluminium but for most applications in “normal” environments, these will perform as intended.
