I really enjoy CNC plasma cutting, it’s probably the most fun machine I have in the shop, it has lots of fire, sparks etc… great fun!

Let’s take a look at the wonderful State of Idaho, same one inch margin all around, 12 gauge mild steel.

The inside parts were thrown into the package, I’m sure the customer will find a good use for them, if anything, they would look neat spray painted and hung on a wall or used as branding irons on their bigger scale projects.

Again, you can see the CNC plasma lead in and out at the bottom of the picture below, the mill scale was actually left on the mild steel for this job on purpose, it keep the surface relatively clean and protects it from the environment.
